ACICS is typically available in one of two configurations; listed below.  Regardless of your needs, our licensing approach is dynamic and can be tailored both before and after you start using ACICS.

ACICS Bare Bones

This is ideal for new and / or very small care partners who have not yet invested a great deal in IT infrastructure.  This consists of:

• All required features of ACICS currently available (including available integration options) - specify the features (modules) you want based on your needs and costs.

• Basic branding and 'skinning' applied to match company style (where possible)

• Updates and relevant features added to ACICS as it expands and grows itself

• No control over priority or direction of Bare Bones version for feature / integration development

• Limited technical support for daily operations

• Only available as an And Care Hosted model

ACICS Build As You Go

More appropriate for partners that already have an investment in IT infrastructure, tools and services; consisting of:

• All required features of ACICS, including all updates for the duration of the license  - specify the features (modules) you want based on your needs and costs.

• Advanced branding and skinning options available to reflect company processes (this can include the modification to the layouts of forms, tables etc.

• Define features you want to add and their priority to you.  Where a requested feature is already in internal development, customisation of how this is implemented for you.

• 24/7 technical support available for priority issues, typical business hours for non-priority issues.

• Available as And Care Hosted or internal hosting (with integration support available).

Costing is typically agreed on a per client basis which allows us to fully accommodate your needs at a competitive price.  It also allows you to tailor the feature set you get, removing what you don't need and taking a more manageable cost vs benefit approach.
